Terms And Conditions
This software (the “Software”) is provided by SunForest (collectively “we” or “us”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Software. If you are not willing to accept these Terms and Conditions you may not use the Software. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and any other terms and conditions contained elsewhere on the Software, at any time. It shall be your responsibility to check regularly to ensure that you agree to any such amendments. If you do not agree to any changes that we have made, you should stop using the Software immediately.

Reliance on information posted and Disclaimer
The Software is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation, endorsement or warranty of any kind, express or implied (by law or otherwise). Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms. Specifically, we do not warrant: (1) that any functions on the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free; (2) that the information on the software is correct, accurate and complete; or (3) that the Software or the server that makes it available, are free from bugs, defects or viruses. The views, expressions and opinions appearing on any interactive portion of the Software are the views, expressions and opinions of the contributors to our Software and are not the views, expressions and opinions of us as the operator of the Software. We can give no assurances or warranties regarding the accuracy, currency or applicability of any of the contents in relation to specific situations and particular circumstances and we do not suggest that it be used as a sole source of information.

Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, damage or expenses, howsoever arising, out of or in connection with your use of the Software, including, without limitation, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or goodwill, loss of data, loss arising from use or inability to use the Software, loss arising from any errors or omissions in the Software as a result of a breach of contract, negligence, delict. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity
You will indemnify and defend us against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any use of the Software.

From the creator
By using our software, you agree with our Terms And Conditions. You use the software entirely at your own risk. The software is capable of controlling equipment and devices which could impose danger to the environment, living and non-living things. You are aware that there are potentially bugs in the product that might cause direct or indirect physical damage, severe injuries or even death. We can never guarantee that the software will work as intended, or as configured. You are solely responsible for carefully testing the software extendedly for your needs, before using it.

Critical Infrastructure
Note that the software, is not validated for Critical Infrastructure, and under no circumstances may be used in applications whereas, if it would fail, that it could potentially hurt the environment, living or non-living things.

How does it work?
We sell License Codes and Upgrade Codes.

- A License Code is what you activate on each individual computer
- An Upgrade Code is what you can use to upgrade a license to the latest version

From the time of activation of a license on a computer, your activation code is valid with all versions that will be released in the upcoming 12 months.

When a license expires, it will continue to work with its latest compatible version. You can upgrade your license using an Upgrade Code. You are not required to upgrade immediately after those 12 months, upgrade codes can be used anytime and will upgrade any version to the latest version. Upgrading a license will give you a new activation code for the same machine over the years, which is again valid with all versions released within the upcoming 12 months.

We do HIGHLY RECOMMEND to upgrade regularly. Upgrading reguraly ensures compatibility with the latest Windows versions, patched Cyber Security issues, improved performance, and have access to the latest features.

NOT FOR RESALE
Our licenses are, under any circumstances, by our policy, NOT for individual (re)sale, offline or online. Licenses may only be sold by integrators or OEM in the context of their own installations / machines designated for their own End-User. Infringement to this policy leads to a claim.

LIFETIME NOTE
You can only activate a license exactly ONCE. The license has the same lifetime as the computer hardware it is installed on. If the computer hardware would break down, stolen, lost, alternated, changed, or anything else, you will need to buy a new license. For these reasons, we keep the prices low. If you reinstall the operating system, and the computer hardware did not change in any way, you can reuse the same license on the same computer without problem. We recommend End-Users, Integrators and OEM to keep at least one license in stock. In case of an unfortunate event, contact us and we're open to listen to your story.

Computer ID
Licenses are BOUND to the computer hardware configuration. You may NOT change the hardware configuration of the computer after deploying the license. We make an exception to Disk Space and RAM Memory and the Power Supply. You may expand this anytime, the Computer ID will not change. You may also change the Computer Name, Workgroup or Domain. For example, you may not change (including but not limited): Motherboard, CPU, RAM Type, Disk Type, Network Adapters, ...

VIRTUALIZATION
Licenses may be installed on virtual machines. Please note that, virtual machines may NOT be cloned or shared whereas the same license would be used on multiple places at the same time. This is an infringement of our policy. Infringement to this policy leads to a claim.

EXPIRY
Bought licenses and upgrades do not expire. We recommend to keep a license in stock in case of installing new hardware.

OWNERSHIP
Licenses are bound to the email address of the person or company who bought the license. If you wish to change ownership, contact us.

POLICY
Our license policy and prices may change any time, however as we're not owned by a big corporate, it is not in our nature to double prices overnight. We want to stay loyal to your as our customer, and keep you happy.

SUPPORT
We do not provide technical support for free. You can hire an engineer upon contacting us. In case of problems, contact us, we will do our best to help, but we can never guarantee a response within a certain time, or we can never guarantee that we can help you.

WARRANTIES
We do not provide a warranty that the software will work, or will work as intended. The user is solely responsible for extensively testing the software in demo mode and validate it for their needs.

CYBER SECURITY
We do not claim that our software is Cyber Secure (and any software supplier who does, is lying). You only got 'known' and 'unknown' security issues. We can only lower the risk by patching the known issues as soon as possible.

We do not provide refunds of any kind.
